The short answer is yes, you can.

miniListings is a stand-alone mobile web application, so you don't need a website to use miniListings. In fact, miniListings can be a good substitute for a website. Unlike a website, which may not be usable on mobile devices, your miniListings mobile property search application is optimized for mobile devices so your clients can use it while they're out and about, particularly when they are searching properties. In fact, as smartphone and tablet usage continues to grow, it will become even more important to have a mobile presence before (or instead of) a desktop presence.

If you don't have a website, what happens when people try to access your website from a desktop or laptop computer? They will get directed to the website of your choice. We recommend that you choose one of your online profiles, such as a LinkedIn page, Facebook business page, or company hosted profile page. You can also direct them to your brokerage's website or to the corporate website of your real estate franchise (such as C21, RE/MAX, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, Prudential, etc.).

Friendly tip: We recommend that you purchase a descriptive URL that you can link to your miniListings webapp to make it easier for clients and prospects to access your miniListings webapp and to establish or reinforce your brand. Domain names can be purchased via numerous services, including GoDaddy, 1&1 Internet, Yahoo!, and others for under $15 per year. Feel free to contact us for more information and help setting up a custom or "parked" domain.
