I can't access my miniListings webApp, what's wrong?

That is strange. Let’s first ensure you’re loading the webApp correctly. Try these quick two steps...

  • Step 1: Open your phone’s browser
  • Step 2: Go to the web address http://minilistings.net/minilistingsid where you replace “minilistingsid” with your personalized miniListings id.

Did that work? If it did, then great... no need to read the rest of this. Enjoy using your webApp.

If it didn’t work, then check your data signal because miniListings requires a data connection. As a quick test, try loading another web page like google.com, cnn.com, etc and see if it loads. If it doesn’t, then something is wrong with your data connectionn. Fix that and the webApp will load.

If the other web pages loaded but you still can’t access your miniListings webApp, then clear out your phone’s cache, cookies, and history. Get rid of it all. Once that’s done, retry loading your webApp using the two steps above.
